CPKN Computers Helpdesk is the place for our clients to view and manage their Support Enquires, in one, easy place.
A Ticket is assigned to you in a few different ways:
- Manually from the CPKN Computers Support Staff
- Using the "Submit Ticket" Button below
Once you have a Ticket, if you are a first time user, you will be asked to set up your Account.
In your Account, you can view all your Tickets, add more details, attach files, see answers then respond and view the resolution.
To View your Invoices and even pay them Online, please sign up and log into our
Accounts Portal.
